We have a very large function hall that can be designed in any way shape or form to fit your needs.
The Dimensions of the room
56 feet wide by 48 feet long
It has a fully operational kitchen and Two ovens
Serving window for waiters if you have them at your event
Plenty of room for a small band or DJ as well
Upstairs Rental hall
Second rental hall with stadium style seating available. Capable of seating around 125 plus people.
Both rental hall rooms have central A/C for the Hott summer months
Formal Gatherings
Our function hall serves great for formal or informal gatherings.
We also have a small foyer on the first floor.

Please notify Jim Baxter, Secretary, RMBA of any requests to use the building by any of our tenants. This is to avoid someone looking at the calendar and thinking they can just use the building as changes may have been requested and not yet posted. This will also show outside rentals and community activities that are being held. Rental inquiries should also be forwarded to Jim Baxter. He can be reached at 617-957-8606 or at Baxter.jim@me.com Please forward all requests other than regularly scheduled meetings and rehearsals to Jim Baxter prior to the 25th of every month so that the next month calendar can be posted prior to the first of the month.
